What is the difference between a "Workshop Clean Up" and an "On Site Clean Up"? Why are they different prices?

A Workshop Clean Up entails you bringing your computer to us at our workshop so we can preforming our cleaning procedures while an On Site Clean Up we come to you. The difference in price is for the time travelling to you. We prefer the workshop because it saves you money and we have more tools at our disposal in the workshop.

My computer is not working. Will a "Clean Up" fix it?

Most likely no. The “Clean Up” is a maintenance procedure that purpose is to avoid big problems. If your computer is not working that’s a big problem. However, technology is complex and every problem is different. Although a clean up is very beneficial to health and speed of your computer, if the computer is not functioning most likely steps beyond a clean up will need to be taken such as potentially removing viruses and retrieving your data.

Couldn't I just clean up my computer myself?

Of course you could. If you know the procedures and have the tools than there is nothing stopping you but the majority of our clients enjoy the peace of mind that it is being fine-tuned by a professional and they also benefit from our knowledge of computer and componentry life expectancy and wider technology expertise and the advice we can give them.
