What we do is install our a program on your computer. This program is specially designed so it monitors and reports back to us continuously via the internet about the health of the computer. If anything has gone wrong or potential problems arise, we’ll know about it promptly.
If you put something on my computer, how do I know you won't have access to my sensitive information?
